I found a 3.5'' rubicon express lift kit for the 04' tj. Is it possible to squeeze 35's underneath those well's?? Anyone have the same situation?

I'm doing that. RE kits are larger than what they say...usually by an inch.

It fits,but a spacer up front would make it better(or a BL).

And/or a highline fender kit and some trimming in the rear. There's lots of threads about this sort of thing, just do a search for "LCG" or "low center of gravity". You'll see lots of options.

I don't know for sure how 35's will fit. I have a good amount of room with the RE 3.5 and 33s. I'd say at the most you'd need a 1" BL, or front tube fenders/trimming, or extend the bumpstops a little. I bet if you don't disconnect you'll also be fine.

Sure, I run 35's on 2.5" of lift and a 1" body lift. Plenty of room.

Just add the 1" body lift to that kit and 35's will fit perfectly.

I'm doing the same. 2.5 OME, 1.25in BL, 3/4 spacer in front. I run 35's on and offroad no problem.

I have the same set up. I wanna go with the Metalcloak tube fenders when I bump up to 35's. I really dont want to lift my rig any higher.
