33s, how much lift?

I know it's probably been covered a thousand times, but I did a search and with these two things, I pulled up every post ever made.

So, quick, easy question.

The OME deluxe kit with the 2.5 sus lift and 1.x BL...will it fit 33s disco'd at full articulation?

3 inces for 33x10.50s
4 inches for a wider tire

right you have 3 inches of lift but Hanzo is talking about a 2.5 kit from OME. THat 2.5 kit will rub with 33's at full articulation.

yea but with a 1 inch body hell be fine

OME is that the same as OEM ... i know that jeep puts a 2.5 lift on some of their jeeps to sale it with 33s on it.... how do you buy that lift were is it ? how much ? is it the same as the OME one you are talking about?

So 33x12.5 will rub with 3" of lift?

what about with RE SF 3.5? no body lift? 33x12.5? rub?

33's with 3" of lift.....................I do barely touch the fenders when I'm flexed, but 4" would be nice.

It depends totally on the kit. My 3" kit clears 33x12.50 no rub at all, discod, full stuff...

FlexyTj is completley correct. Each Lift kit will react differently. For example a RE 3.5 will typically produce 4.5 inches of lift when all is said and done. It depends on how the manufacturer measures the amount of lift their springs give...is it right out of the box or after X years of compression. Each case is different and that is why you need to just give it a try and see what happens.

OK, well, not trying to be a jerk here, but since I can't afford to do this wrong, does anyone know if 33s will fit with the OME deluxe package?

Oh yeah, another question...I've been looking all over the place, does anyone know what kind of axles the 04SE has and will they hold up to 33s?

The 04 SE has a D30 in the front and an M35 in the rear. You can run 33's on them but it is highly advisable you upgrade to a Super 35 Rear axle if you are going to do any serious wheeling.

Also are you going to put in 4.56's or 4.88's?
