32RH Inspection cover

Can anyone tell me off Hand if you Have to Pull the starter, to remove the Inspection cover? I think I got some converter bolt loose on My Jeep. Thanks Scott

No you don't have to remove the starter, but only half of the inspection cover comes off (the side that is not trapped by the starter).
