3 inch zone lift install problem help please

ok instaling my lift on the back the shocks came with the top bushing and bracket installed so i cant get the boot over it and cant get the metal braket out at a stand still help

Did mine the other day. used some soap and water and stretched it over the bar pin. pain in the butt but got it without ripping the boots.

I personally never run shock boots anymore. They can actually trap dirt in them and that could lead to shock damage.
I would say leave them off and problem is solved.

I used a vice to push the bar pin out. Slide the boot on and press the bar pin back in with the vice. You might be able to use a c clamp.

I have also pushed mine thru with a c clamp and a socket but honestly I would just run without the boots. I agree they just gather dirt inside them hardly worth the work to get them on.
