2005 wrangler tj RPM cutoff at 3000

guys my 2005 sport wrangler is been from garage to garage since the past two months with no one able to identify the problem, the RPM is not exceeding 3000 and i guess i have one or two cylinders not working whenever i check it on a scanner it gives me different results, sometimes p0206, or p0205,etc...
i am really down and need any useful advise.
