2004 jeep recalls

i have a 2004 jeep wrangler sport with 68000mi on it. it is making this sound right now, but i haven't noticed anything performancewise at all being wrong with it. 4WD work great, it shifts great (5 speed) , and nothing leaks. can anyone tell me what this recall fixed? am i causing damage to my jeep by driving it?

is this recall for all 2004 TJs ..wrangler ,rubicon, rocky mountain , 5 speed or auto ????????????
