2003 Wrangler: Won't start in cool weather

I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler that I can't seem to start when the weather gets below 55 degrees or so. Morning or night, sitting or not, the Jeep WILL NOT start if the air temperature is cooler than about 55 degrees. All of the accessories will turn on i.e radio, lights, air but when turning the key....nothing. When the weather is warmer it seems to fire up just fine. Here is a list of things I have either checked or replaced so far:

- Ignition Switch
- Actuator Pin
- Starter Relay
- Ignition Switch Fuse

The starter was replaced less than 2 years ago and the battery about a year ago. My next step was to check the battery terminals to ensure that the connections are good but I could use some help here. Any ideas???

Thanks Fellas
