2002 vs 2003 frame

Does anyone know what changed between 02 and 03 to make the frames incompatible?

The skid plate bolts and one on the drivers side moved back a little. I think there was another crossmember added around the gas tan area.

So is it an easy fit into an older TJ? Anyone looked at this?

skid plate bolt pattern is different, power steering box is different. it'll probably be easier to fit an older body on the new frame, using the newer frame components. i'm pretty sure theres somebody on this forum that swapped to a newer frame for rust reasons or something..LSU_TJ i think...
