2001 Wrangler Codes 300, 302, 304, and 340

Hey guys,

Hoping for some advice. Daughter reports check engine light came on today on the Jeep and she had difficulty starting it but it eventually started up and ran fine but the light stayed on until she shut it off and restarted.

These codes resolve to multiple cylinder misfire and a Cam sensor no signal. This is a 2001 with 4.0L 5 speed. Is the cam sensor the most likely culprit here? Would a flaky cam sensor set the cylinder misfire codes as well?

Thanks in advance.
