Does it still idle high now that you changed the camshaft sensor?

My 2003 TJ has been doing the same thing occasionally lately. My high idle is 1200 rpm. When I shut it off, it goes back to normal. I have a throttle position sensor code.

I had the same problem, bought a auto zone IAC, worked for about 6 months then the same thing. High idle, shut it off then it would idle fine. I finally bought a factory IAC, problem solved.
