I have a stock I6 5 speed on 31 inch tires and get 230 miles to a full tank this spring i'm putting on a 2 inch B.B. and 1 inch B.L. on 33's. If all I loss in 30 miles to a tank I'll be happy.

I put a banks air intake with headers and catback system ..... It gained some performance but after having it for four months I could have spent my money wiser...the gain is not as big as the price tag. Go easy on then skinny pedal and thank God you have the opportunity to drive a Jeep!

Honestly, thats about right. I am glad when i get 50 miles per 1/4 tank, which works out to 200 miles per tank. I run 4.0, auto, 32x11.5's, 3.73's, and a 3.5 inch lift. Your driving a brick on wheels. Bad aerodynamics = bad gas mileage.

Cold air intake, throttle body spacer, and a tune should do your jeep some good... the higher gearing though doesn't help...

Swampdonkey, you probably didnt change your speedometer to compensate for the larger tires. You know that now you go faster than what your speedometer says right? well your odometer thinks youre going the speed it says on your speedometer so it logs in less miles. hence if youre getting 200 miles per tank. Youre prob getting something like 216 or 220. Seriously thats a random number, but yea its the same for me. 4" lift with 33" BFG A/T. i got 200 and just this last fill i got 160 hahahahaa.

Also regearing to 4.56 will help with your mpg, and change oil, air filter, fuel filter, and new exhaust will help.

I have 35"s, 4.5" spring + 1" BL.. with a 6 speed and 4.56 gearing. I get around 12-14 MPG.. It's a lot to do with driving style, I for one drive like a grandma.
