2" Coil Springs+.75" Spacers

I am thinking about going with the Pro Comp 2" Coil springs. Along with this i would like to run .75" spacers. Will this cause many problems? What else would i need? (transfer case drop?rear sway bar links?track bar bracket? etc...?

Longer shocks, longer links/disconnects in the front. Rear links are not necessary, a rear trackbar bracket may be a good idea, OME makes one.

Vibes are possible w/ any lift, atleast have in mind what you want to do to fix them if they occur, whether that be a tcase drop, bl & mml combo, sye/cv shaft.

Any particular reason for the .75" spacer? The 2" coils should clear your 31's just fine.

edit: Just saw you have disco's, so ignore that part.

...33's....

Well the reason for this is hopefully a set of 33's under the jeep. i think this combination along with my 1" body lift coming at christmas should be perfect.

you should clear fine...

as long as you've got the appropriate bump stop lengths, you shouldn't have any problems when disconnected...

your 2" springs plus .75" spacers is basically the same as my 1.75" spacers plus 1" springs (height gained from Rubi springs)...only took about 3 washers on each t-case skid bolt to get rid of the vibes...

you're fine with your discos...you "might" want a bracket for the rear trackbar and an adjustable front track bar (or bracket), but I did neither on my '99...

Procomp

I did the exact same setup when I first lifted mine. Have a 1" BL and MM lift too. There aren't any problems with spacers, but there are other issues:

The Procomp rear springs are too soft. They would bottom out with any extra weight in the rear, and the trackbar would hit the frame. I switched out the rears to BDS 3", they work perfectly.

The fronts are fine, but will probably go to 3" BDS to match the rears.

The ES3000 shocks they sell with the procomp crap are hard as a rock. Went to DT shocks and ride is nice and cushy.

I used an adjustable front trackbar, and rear trackbar bracket. JKS disco's upfront complete the package. Since adding 3" rear springs went to extended sway bar links for the rear.

With 1" MM lift I still need 3/4" spacers in TC to eliminate drive shaft vibes.

Extended bumpstops are suggested for front and rear. I used the RE 2" extended bumpstops front and rear. Everything works fine and it flexes like crazy.

I'm still running 31X12:50's but intend to go to 33's when I re-gear. The 3:07 gears with AT and 31's is a bog. Need to go to 4:10's with 33's. And rear axle is crap, so I'm going to find a 44 or an 8.8.

If I was to do it over again would go with the BDS 3" system. Upgrades would be adjustable upper control arms (Nth' Degree, Currie, or Tera). Might work with a MM lift and no TC drop. Otherwise they include a TC drop. The BDS is nice stuff, as well as Tera. BDS is s little cheaper I think. The RE stuff is really nice, but their 3.5" lift is more like 4+, that's why I didn't go that route. Of course, the ultimate is a long arm setup from Tera or RE. Include a SYE and driveshaft in the budget and plan on 33 to 35" tires to match (then you need gears too).

Another very nice setup is the OME plus spacers sold by Rocky Mt. Good price on that setup too. With cut-out fenders you can run 33's with it.
