2.5L stuttering at 50 MPH...

Hey all. Going around town I notice nothing at all; but once I get up to 50 +/- at a constant speed the Jeep starts to lose RPM and feels almost like it's porpoising. It only loses RPMs for a sec then right back up then back down. It does this till I either push harder or let off the gas. I'm hoping its not the auto trans or computer. Anyone have any idea? thanks

Maybe a fuel filter? I thought that if it was, then it would do it at lower speeds also. What about fuel pump?
