2.5L Exhaust Question

I have a 4 banger straight-piped through an aero turbine muffler (super glasspack). I recently went to a well respected local exhaust shop, and he quoted me 85$ for a stock muffler, or 95$ for a magnaflow. i'm caught in a bind here because i dont want it too quite, nor do i want it too loud, which leads to my question is the magnaflow too loud or will it sound just right? Any input would help, keep in mind I do not have a cat, and there are no regulations where i live so i plan on keeping it that way. Thank you for your input.

I've always herd that the 2.5 doesn't like the loss of back pressure, I run a cat and a turbo muffler, it's decent and not overly loud but I'm going back to a factory muffler.
