2.5" Rough Country Lift question on 2005 automatic Rubicon

Ok, I ordered the 2.5" RC lift and front stabilizer. I've received it and read the installation instructions. I'm looking for anyone that has a setup like mine and can shed some light on things. I have the JKS BL and MML and I'm wondering (actually assuming but I want confirmation) if this means I'll likely be able to get by without the transfer case drop. Also, anyone with the automatic 03-06 that can say whether or not they have the issue with the driveshaft contacting the transmission skid at full droop? Did you remove? If I have this issue my plan is to mark the skid plate and trim it.

won't need the t-case drop as you're assuming... the rubi has a long enough shaft to run without it.

you'll need to cutt off the driver's side frame mount with the sawsall and leave the tranny skid in place. it'll flex some but won't let ya punch a hole in the pan. mines been bashed many times, still hasn't bent the pan. I had always planned to rebrace it tho never got around to it. been like this since 03

as you can see....

Everyone I have talked to with the Rubicon has not had to drop the t case. I think you will be fine.
