2,4, and Reverse Gear popping out of gear.

Manual transmission popping out of gear in 2,4, and reverse. it's an 03 TJ has a 2" body lift 2" coil spacers. I know when i shift into those gears the center console gets moved around by the stick shifter hitting the console. I've read that you can move the console back about an inch by drilling new holes. Any other options or opinions...thanks.

Remove body lift

Move console back an inch

Remove shifter boot

Fab a shifter with a different bend in it

You choose. Moving the console is easy.

If you filter out everything that has bad spelling and grammar, you can believe 95% of what you read on the Internet.

X2, get rid of that 2" body lift... they and their even worse 3" body lift cousins are nothing but problems.
