1997 TJ Maintenance - Fluids, Plugs, Etc.

I am looking for maintenance information on my '97 TJ. Can someone point me to a link on this topic?

Oil type / capacity
Diff fluid type / capacity / frequency
Manual tranny fluid type / capacity / frequency

Spark plug type / change interval

I'm not looking for a debate on what the best brand is...just looking for a what an owners manual would tell me.

I did all my fluids last week. Great topics and discussion.
I hope you will DIY.
Easily done however a little messy. I would buy a flexible funnel.

Wow - both of those links are amazing. There is a ton of information in them - thanks for sharing.

Yes - I plan on doing the work myself. I don't trust the screwballs at the local Jiffy Lube to do things like this correctly and I also don't feel like being bent over on the price. This stuff is too easy to do yourself.
