Well, Ive had my rubicon for a bit and its time to change before i head out to Colorado next year for school.
Figured the winter was a good time to go to 1 tons. I built the jeep up pretty mall crawler Plans 14 bolt FF Shaved w/ 5.38's Detroit locked and Disk brake conversion 88' Kingpin Dana 60 w/ 5.38's Ballistic hi-steer arms PSC full hydro RCI 2161A Fuel cell, Stock Tj pump Poly 3 link front Clayton triangulated rear stretch Genright Coilover hoops and rear mounts. ballistic 14" remote coilovers 42x14 Iroks on KORE beadlocks. Going to be pretty slow build for now since im in school, but come mid December should be kicking it into hi-gear Buy American... Started to take the 44's out ![]() 14FF starting to clean it up/ starting disk brake conversion ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks like a good winter project. Any chance that you are selling the 44's?

Painted the 14 bolt, still waiting on Caliper brackets from ballistic fab to mount he calipers
![]() Picked up the 1988 D60 Kingpin, started to cut off tie-rod, drag link, other stuff. Its going to be a little more work than the 14 bolt i think. ![]() |

JC, that's gonna be a hell of a rig.
edit: I'm about to go fw 44/60 so I'll be watching... Clayton makes brackets front and rear, high steer and all if you're interested. |
