and add an aux trans cooler while you have the system ripped apart
Id stick with Mopar with anything like this and x2 on the aux trans cooler as well, I highly recommend running one!!! I personally run the B&M Cooler and have it setup in front of my ac condensor and it works very well, they sell them on amazon for $80 but I was able to go pick one up at a local jeep shop for $60

Theres also the derale one that mounts underneath the jeep which is also very good if you dont run in mud/water

First, I also recommend the Mopar as recommended above. Next, the number of rows in a radiator does not directly correlate to how well it cools, the OE Mopar with its single row aluminum core generally cools better than most aftermarket radiators with 2, 3, or even 4 rows. In fact, the TJ first came out with a 2 row radiator but went to a different 1 row radiator design around 1990 or 1991 for better cooling characteristics.

This is the model Mopar radiator for your '06 with its automatic. https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/mopar,55037653AC,radiator,2172

The Mopar Model # is 55037653AC which you may find cheaper elsewhere. Yep that radiator isn't cheap but it will work fine. Aftermarket radiators are a real crap shoot and few will cool as well even if they (naively) brag about having more than 1 row.
