06 Rubicon Build - starting from stock

Want to get this right so always seek those more knowledgable.

Went to Moab (Jeep Safari) this year with a 95 Wrangler, 3 1/2 inch lift running 32" tires, front and rear lockers - ran the 5 rated trails and had fun but the jeep struggled. I want to run the 5's with an easier ride. Sold the 95 and bought a stock 06 Rubicon

My Assumptions:
1. Going to try and leave the driveline stock - I think the 4.11 with the 4:1 transfer case might be enough
2. Want to run 35" tires - will never go bigger - I like driving around town
3. Long control arms
4. Adjustable shocks - more then likely manual
5. Smallest lift possible but adequate for the trails and tires
6. Don't think my stock rubicon wheels will work

My Initial Plan:
1. 4" Long Control arm lift - complete kit
2. Adjustable shocks
3. Wheels with/without spacers, amount of backspacing - really don't know

What else - thought
