'06 LJ hard top disassembly

Any one know how that cover panel across the top rear of my hard top comes off?

It's the one that covers the rear wiper wiring and defroster lines. Mine is loose on the bottom but I can't see enough to tell what's holding the top of it and don't want to break anything by prying when I should be...doing it the correct way.

Mine very obviously has 3 screws holding it on.
Other years could be different...

Mine wasn't that obvious.

I finally figured it out....there were some clips up high that fit into slots. Just had to pry them out.

I just have a bad habit of breaking trim pieces and wanted to know if someone had gone that route before.

Thanks for the reply,
Sonny

I know what you mean!
Yesterday I installed a stereo and 4 speakers in my daughter's car.
WOW what a pita figuring out it comes apart. Of course, now that I know how it comes apart - pieceofcake.
