On another note, after hours and hours of welding/grinding/filling/sanding and priming, I finally got the roll bar painted!! 1st pics in primer and base coat:

Thanks Trailbuilt, I was concerned about that as well, however after installing the roll bar and seats tonight, I believe I have plenty of clearance, however I would not be opposed to cutting it out if I feel that it would not be safe. Pics from the roll bar installation:

Awesome work; can't wait to see what it looks like with the lift on it! Quck question though: are you going to run those 37's on the stock D30 or did I miss something along the way?

I have a rescue green four door jJK and I've never loved this color more than on this jeep. Maybe its all the effort that went into it.
