05 Scrambler

Why are they only going to offer the Scrambler as a 2 seater pickup, doesn't it seem like they should offer it as basically a Wrangler with a little more room behind the rear seat? When is the Scrambler supposed to be unveiled?

According to the Setember issue of JP magazine, the Scrambler got canned. "No Scramblers for the U.S." according to the magazine.

According to Mike's Totally Free Jeep News, Diamler Chrysler announced today that they are going to build a 2 seat pickup version and a 4 seat version.

20o5 scrambler

Does anyone know yet if this thing is really coming ? I would love a pickup and a jeep all rolled into one. That would be so cool.

I dont think DC has said a final yes or no to the Scrambler concept Jeep. It would be nice to have another option to buy. I wonder what the designation would be if it does go into production.

I think I love it when Cappa (JP Magazine) is wrong.

Designation

They are called TJ (short wheel base) and TJL (long wheel base).

It is already going into production.

I thought production generally started in June for most car manufacturers...

JP Sucks

JP magazine really gives a lot of false info. In all truth, I only got one magazine, and they never sent me the issues after that, they ROBBED me! LoL $10 bucks, but still...

Too bad there are no other magz for us out there that could offer all Jeep info. Or am I wrong on that?
