05 jeep wrangler se front axle problems

i just bought an 05 jeep wrangler se and it was fine the day i bought it, but just know i took off and shifted into second and it made a loud noise and a big jurk. now every time i take off it feels like it hit a big bumb in first gear and reverse. i only had it for a day, and this is my first jeep i own and i dont know much about them. it has factory suspinsion and on 33x12.50? can that be a problem?
