02 Durango 5.9L Alternator in a 01'?

I found a 02 Durango 5.9L Alternator for a $100 at a junkyard. It was pretty much $100 for any Dodge (including Jeep) alt available. Is this a direct bolt in for my 4.0 01' TJ?

I have an '01 4.0 also. I ordered the 5.9 L 160 amp alternator and it was the incorrect one for my application. The mount points on the 5.9 are at 12 and 6 o'clock. On my stock unit the mounts are at 3 and 6 o'clock. The alternator from the 4.7 L 160 Amp '02 Durango was the unit I used. Only had to shave off about 1/8" from the inside of the bottom mounts. There is an extra mount arm that isn't used and not in the way.
