01 Wrangler blower only works on low speed

I have my nieces Wrangler with numerous problems. Most are simple service issues such as brakes and tune-up.The blower motor is a different matter. It only blows on low.The relay is good, the resistor is ok and as far as I can tell the control head is working.I don't know where to go next. I don't have a wiring diagram. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I would think that the resistor pack is bad. It is a very common problem with TJ's. Another problem is with the fan speed switch. These are the only diagrams I have. Hopefully this will help you.
