'00 TJ A Reliable DD?

I've got a '00 TJ automatic with 107k miles. 1 previous owner and he took loving care of it. What things should I be checking into if I expect to keep it as a DD?

Mines been a DD for nearly 10 years. I'm only a light trail user so it sees minimal wear. If you just got it I would just follow the normal recommended services. The key to regularly change her fluids.

The only thing I would do immediately is get a coolant flush, as mine has about the same mileage and shes getting a little rusty inside.

Well I know the PO well and he told me he changed the radiator 6 months ago so I assume he didn't use the same coolant! The rear diff fluid is getting changed this week and he told me it had a recent oil change. I'm going to drive it for a week and see what my impressions are.

I've only bought a used vehicle once, but when I did I changed all the fluids that week as I like to be overcautious and don't trust anyone but myself.

Coolant
Oil
Tranny
Transfer
Diffs

Costs about $150, but you know exactly the last time someone changed the most important parts of your Jeep, the fluids.

My 2000 TJ thats been rolled at 60mph and has 180k miles on the clock is still a trustworthy DD. I bought it with 135k on it and it never left me stranded.
