When you carry a flashlight to check the gauges at night.
When you go to a parts store and have to give them three different vehicles that you need parts from to fit your Jeep

You know you drive a CJ when...

.....your friends tell you to NOT park on the clean driveway when you visit them.

....its 40 degrees outside and could rain, but you still want to drive your topless Jeep.

....you own special tools just for working on your Jeep......(Model 20 hub puller, ALL torx sizes, uhhh, a welder...)

.....you see a wrecked Jeep and start thinking of what parts you could use or interchange from it.

....you'd rather wear old torn clothes and shoes with holes in them so you can spend that money on Jeep upgrades.

......none of your other friends have cars with a secert kill switch.

....at a traffic light, you look around and see others staring at you from their little econobox cars with the look of wishing they enjoyed driving as much as you do!

LoL this is definatly true...though I think ive covered the 5000 just in new tires and rims, a lift and a winch....

...when you say your just gona fix one or two things and the next thing you know your in a full frame off restoration cause you found the po just used bondo on the body to hide rust holes

when you know that every drive you take is an adventure in itself.

when you've called on at least one or more friends at a time to help lift something out of it.

when you purposely drive more on the right side of the road to let the uptight people pass you.

When you evaluate every part and piece of scrap that you run across, irregardless of the manufacturer or what its previous purpose was, just to see if it has any value to you whatsoever. You're always thinking, "If I change this and this, I can adapt it to make it do this........."

I'm in Williamsburg. I've been meaning to stop by your shop but haven't made the time........Mike from NC stopped by and picked parts off of my 74 donor on his way to NN to pick up a bumper with a friend. Sounds like you're in the Lee Hall / Denbigh area?
