When as a brand new CJ-5 owner you spend spare time at work looking through all 161 pages so you know what to fix first.

Secondly when you have only messed with it twice since you bought it and already had to replace a starter and solenoid.

You know you drive a CJ when you fill your gas tank up and your Dad congratulates you on doubling the value of your playtoy.

When your jeep has been apart so long that you lose parts, order new ones and they take so long to arrive that you can find the old ones before they get here....

when at work you are able to monitor and read what goes on within the cj forum because you have 9 computer screnes infront of you for 8-10 hours a day.

When flooring it only results in more noise, not more speed.

That's when you "put the pedal THROUGH the metal".

You know you drive a cj when... You check the weather before an topless evening cruise, and thirty minutes later it starts poring down rain. Then your headlights decide not to work. Then your windshield wiper arm comes disconnected. Then your radio quits working from getting too wet. Then your battery in your remote for your warn spotlights goes dead... So your driving home in the poring down rain, no lights, no windshield wipers, and your radio keeps cutting out...
Oh what a awesome day! I swear I almost put a "for free" sign on it... Lol

Or more smoke coming up through the floor and around the Jeep.

When you spend more hours posting photos and what you did today on JeepForum instead of Facebook or Twitter.
