When you spend about 26 hrs straight working in it on a three day weekend. And your only break is for sleep.

If you move it for whatever reason and there's no fluid on the ground...
If you love what a Jeep was originally intended to be, an affordable well built all around 4x4 (unlike new ones that go for 28,000+!)
If there's always something else that could be fixed or replaced
If you've put more money into it than you originally paid for it (gave 3 grand for mine and I've put about 5 back in)
If most other Jeep drivers wave to you first
If your top is off more than on, or you might throw the bikini on every once in awhile for those extra warm days
If most vehicles are passing you on the highway
If older gentlemen ask you all about it and want to know its life story. ( get that one all the time back home since I'm only 19)
If you've had to do body work or mainly floor board repairs
If you've realized your jeep came with a swing out tire carrier from the factory
If the windshield has fog around te edge and it makes you proud that it's original.
If people have ever asked you what year your "wrangler" is and you've quickly corrected them with a brief history that a wrangler was something Malibu Barbie drove
If that original 4.2 I6 is still runnin strong after 26 years of service
There's a million things but I'll stop there lol
I love my CJ!!!

When you are not 100% done restoring the one you have and you are already looking to buy another one to rebuild and make even better.

I still love the one previously posted. When you carry around cardboard for containing oil leaks when parking in friends driveways. That's good.

This only works if your CJ is working properly and don't stall or sputter and die as you try to take off, lol. Or if you don't drive off and a part falls off, lol.

This is so true! I call it the CJ "Since I'm Here" syndrome.
