Here's the deal. I have an '84 CJ with an aftermarket hardtop that I cut in half (like a hard bikini top). This summer I put in an aftermarket cage that has bars running down in front of the dash on each side. The problem is the front down bars will not allow my hard doors to close. Are there any soft doors out there that will fit and if so where can I find them?

Supposedly, Bestop soft doors will fit the hard top and use the hard door closure. I have not tried this yet but it is what I was told when I purchased my soft top.

Whatcha goin to do with your hard doors?

I will probably sell them along with my full hard top if I can get some soft doors that will work. I would also trade my hardtop/hard doors for a nice softtop/soft door setup.

Anyone else have any ideas about the doors?

I have a cage with the downtubes at the dash. I can't imagine the doors being so close that they won't close. The only problem I have is you have to open the doors to crank the windows down.
