Wire loom/conduit sizes?

Just redid my engine wiring harness on my 1980 CJ (151 Iron Duke), now i'm looking for the clips that hold the conduit/wire loom in place. The conduit's outer diameter seems to have a little bit more than 3/4 inches. I' didn't find any clips for this even in the specality shops. All the clips i've found so far are either designed for an outer diameter of 1 inch or 11/16. Any ideas?

Thanks momo
