Wiper won't come home

As titled, wipers stopped returning home when you turn off. Does the switch own this or the motor. I assume the motor has as direction sense and the switch stops it? A switch would be great

Mind did that for a while, I found by pushing (seating) the switch into the harness it began to work again.

I like easy ones. A little contact cleaner and a couple resets and good to go.
Thanks much Truck633
