Wiper problems

I put a new wiper switch and motor in my 84 CJ-7 after the old one gave up. Got every thing back in and now the motor comes on when I turn the key on. The wiper switch is off and turning it makes no difference. Any ideas what I did wrong? Im sure it is probably my fault.

Check the wiring of the new motor against the old one. There were some motors put out with two wires reversed.

Yeah, if they swap the park and low speed wires it would do that.
