If they're not made anymore, you'll have to get in the habit of trolling Ebay. That's how I find most of my obscure, out of production accessories. I just bought 4 NIB KC Speakerlites from the late 80's-early 90's last week.

grill cover- helps the engine heat up quicker by keeping cold air out of the engine bay. very common on Semi's.

Could have one made at a boat cover or canvas repair shop. Mine is just a rectangular piece of vinyl with finished edges and 3 snaps on each side for mounting. I have the male snaps mounted to the grill - easy on, easy off. I can fold the cover diagonally, and tuck the flap in, to adjust air flow.

I do the same thing that John does. I cover a little over 3/4 of the rad. I don't want to block all the airflow. And this model is cheap to replace every year too!

I went to a fabric store and got "fake" leather. put a leather sewing needle in the Ex-wifes sewing machine and made it myself for about $15. (about 5 years ago for a small diesel). then put snaps on it and the truck. I even sowed in a zipper down the middle....

^ I don't have pics but basically what John and I are doing, (I'm guessing John does it this way) is you take a piece of cardboard box and you slip it in between the radiator and the grill. It blocks the cold air letting the radiator warm up more for better heat in the cab.

Yes, that is what I do. the carboard slips right into the groll slots. I just thro..er...recycle it every year.

You can get some with a "4WD" logo on it also.

I never liked drilling more holes in my grill. Just another place to start rusting.

Never though about that, maybe I need to switch manufactures. Maybe Tropicana boxes. Do Blizzaks come in boxes?
