Will These Rims Work With Waggy Front Axle w/Hi-Steer?

I'm going to be running hi-steer arms from Parts Mike or BTF if they quit d@cking me around. My concern is the offset and the backspacing. I want to tuck the wheels inside the fenders as much as possible.

The first and third listing below shows -6 offset which will have the rims sticking outside of the fenders more then I'd like however they have a decent backspacing. The second listing below has a positive offset of 15 which should pull the rims inside the fenderwell pretty good however the backspacing is really tight and I think I'll have steering issues?

Need some help from the wheel experts........thanks.

They are available with the following specs:

Part No. Size Offset Backside Bolt Circle Note
106578583 17x8.5 -6 4.500 6x5.5 GM, Import
106578538A 17x8.5 15 5.375 6x5.5 GM
106578538 17x8.5 -6 4.500 6x5.5 GM

What's 15 offset? Can't be 15 inches since the rim is only 8.5" wide. Offset is usually the distance from the rim centerline. It would be simpler if they would list back spacing.

Backspacing is bolded from the initial post.
