Where Does This Bracket Go?

Ok, so I'm doing a complete frame off restoration of my 79 CJ-7. I took a ton of pictures when I dismantled it two years ago but alas... it seems I missed one or two pieces. This is an angle bracket that I believe goes on the rear of the frame to help truss up the attachment to the rearmost crossmember. The holes through the brackets are 7/16" and the holes through the frame at the rear have a 7/16" diameter on the outside and a 3/4" diameter on the inside. You can see the size difference in two of the pictures. I think they go in this location but the hole size difference just does not seem to add up. Anyone know where they go?

I think you are correct. They are the brace for the back crossmember. The bolts through the frame should have a sleeve to take up the diameter and keep it from crushing the frame.

That makes sense! Gonna check my rusty bolt/washer/nut/sleeve stash and see if anything fits. Been replacing every fastener with stainless and have thrown all of my old fasteners in a heap. I've noticed other cross bolted areas in the frame have the same sleeves but they all stayed with the frame and got cleaned and powder coated. Maybe they fell out in the whole process? Thanks!

I found two bolts w/nuts and sleeves. Looks like I need four. Anyone have any of those sleeves for sale or maybe I should get some fab'd?
