What it worth? 1977 Cj7 Frame off restoration

As the title states:
There is a jeep near me that I am interested in, I know what the owner wants for it and would like to hear your opinion of what you think it is worth.

No pictures, you will have to trust my description.

1977 Cj7
Complete frame off restoration in last 18months
Frame is coated (looks like powder coating but isn't. Very nice!)
New paint on the body (purple....)
Interior is line-x
Motor is 283 Chevy v8 (less than 2400 miles and strong)
New auto transmission
Stock running gear.
2.5 inch suspension lift (like new)
New BFG AT 33x12.5x15 on 10" Aluminum wheels (wheels are sharp)
New best top seats front and rear
New Best Top Super Top
All new gages
Full custom roll cage
EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Any thoughts on a price for a central Mississippi jeep?

Thanks
Seth

I guess you really do need pics, this is not a $3k-$4k jeep, very nice jeep. Was looking for realistic pricing, but no pics does make that hard.

Having just had a complete frame off restoration done over the past 3 years and replacing pretty much everything with the exception of the frame, grill, tailgate, winshield, & axles, I find the the $3k-4k laughable!
Just looking over the list of equipment, the tires, suspension, seats, & top should cover the $3k cap easily!

No disrespect, but if a member's input is "laughable" then maybe you should not ask for their opinion. Opinions are just that....OPINIONS.

You can describe a CJ that is easily worth 15k, but without the pictures to see it's true beauty and level of craftsmanship, someone can realistically guesstimate 3-4K.

Yeah, it may cost you that and easily more to purchase all that stuff for yourself, but when you go to resale value all that drops significantly, except for maybe the top.

Thanks for the comments. I have owned many and looked at thousands, this is NOT a $3k-$4k Jeep, but with out pictures it is hard to give an estimate. (I still have the first jeep I ever bought (1980 Cj5) that I love and never plan to part with. I restored it many years ago and know the cost that comes with a restoration (time, emotions and $$).)

I have been looking for a CJ7 and/or a Scrambler to add to the collection for quiet some time. This CJ7 already has the work done, and yes it is purple, but it is not a bad purple.... I drive by this thing every day on my way home from work, will stop sometime and get a few photos for you guys.

Thanks again,
Seth

I would say $7000 - $8500.

I have $6800 into my CJ7 resto - mod and I did most of the work; even the engine build after the machine shop did their thing on the 304. I still need to paint and button up a few things.

SO.. depending on how well the work was done on the one you are referring to, $10k is probably fair if the work is top notch and you can literally get in and drive it home with no extra work needed.

my arugument for the 1800 is, a frame off restore adds no value to the price, its look nice but the bank doesnt have a classifcation for frame off. It has a 283, that mean the original motor was worn out so the whole jeep has miles on it. There have not made a 283 since when, mid sixty, thats a old motor, why was the motor rebuild 2500 miles ago, worn out. new transmission, old one worn out, all the body covering rinx. I see no extra value on this than one that been sitting in a yard for ten years. I see more value in one with original motor transmission and 100 k miles. think of a value that a bank would loan you money. so to me it just an average 33 year old jeep 1800
