About six inches above the starter on the block, just behind the coil. One black wire coming from bell-shaped arm, a dual-pin connector with two wires coming from the other one.

The single line off the top sends the oil pressure signal to the dash gauge and the two down front are the oil pressure switch that turns on the choke so it will open and under carb heater as soon as the engine has oil pressure.

Awesome, that was a huge help. I think in my case, the front plugs go nowhere. I have a manual choke and an aftermarket intake/carb set-up. One less thing to have to worry about when I finally put in a new wiring harness!
