You can get a new D30 carrier (3.73 and up) from these guys for 64.00. http://eastcoastgearsupply.com/i-129...r-3-73-up.html

I got my AMC 20 carrier by posting up in the wanted section of JF. Got it for under 50.00

Are all dana 30 carriers the same? That will except 4:10 gears. Same for the AMC 20 as well?

No they aren't the same. That's why you need a new one. For the Dana 30 there's one carrier for 3.55 and higher (lower numerically) gears and one for 3.73 and lower gears. On the AMC 20 one carrier is for 2.73 only and one for all other gear ratios.

You can use a carrier from any Dana 30 (from any XJ, YJ, TJ, etc) as long as the gear ratio range is correct.
