You would need a adapter to mount the engine to the trans or the trans to the Tcase

Found a 85 CJ7 tub in good shape with
minimal rust. The resto continues....

ok so im planning on the 4 inch lift, and 33 tires as everyone has recommended, but now more questions. where can i get the 4 inch lift? also, what axle does the stock CJ2a use inthe rear? also, what do i need to weld? everyone is telling me i need to be welding things.....can anyone show me what, and where to be welding?
