what kind of tags should i get for my 73

I live in maryland and about to get the tags for my 73 cj-5. I dont really want to put it through inspection so i was thinking about getting historic tags. Problem is I am not sure as to whjat the conditions are for licsencing it as historic. Are there different combinations and or conditions for historic or is it only the drive like 3 times a week thing.( or only on sundays..i have no idea)Please help

Not sure about Md. But here in La if you get a historic tag you
can drive it every day.. I know a guy who has a 55 falcon he
drives to work everyday..

Here in GA, you can get a historic tag on any made before a certain year no matter how much it is driven or how bad of shape it is in. it only depends on the age of the car.

In Virginia if you want to drive it daily you'll have to get safety inspections yearly.
