21 year old male... not good for insurance.
When you turn 25 it goes down a bit.

Insurance depends on what you are insuring it for.
Most CJ's aren't worth much when you look at the blue book value.
If you want to insure it for what its worth then you will end up paying more, cause you need to get it appraised.

I am actually not sure what I pay as it is lumped in with some other vehicles, but it wasn't too bad as it was the 3rd driver... not primary

I am using Progressive right now. I have full coverage with just about as high of coverage as you can get on both my '82 CJ-5 and a '99 Dodge Stratus. My premium is $150 a month for both vehicles. I'm 22 years old and single so it could be a little cheaper.

USAA insurance. 26 years old and married. 1979 CJ-7 alternate vehicle. Under $20 a month. Live in AZ, where the insurance tends to be high because of a lot of uninsured motorists.

$160/month for liability only on CJ, and full on my pickup, with some unspoken creativity. It would be MORE with only the truck.

AAA in California Centeral Sierra Nevada (lots of snow)
Full coverage, $200.00 decuctable
45, married, kids are grown and moved out
12,000 mile a year bracket (true, more like 7,000)
$43.00 a month
Includes free towing up to 100 miles

I'm pretty sure policies are higher in high density urban areas. If I went with just PL/PD rather than full, it would have been 200.00 a year (if I remember right).
