What do I have?

Brand new Jeep owner here.
I had always wanted an older Jeep and found what I think is an 82 CJ 7. I got it for an absolute steal I think, but now I need your guys help to see exactly what I bought.
I know several items have been swapped out, but I would like to know what I have here.

Looks like a decent CJ. Pics of the transmission make it difficult for me to determine what it is. Possibilities are T4, T176 (4 speeds) or T5 (5 speed). Post a pic of the shift lever. Dana 300 transfer case. Dana 30 front axle, AMC 20 rear (unknown ratio). Appears to have a 2.5-3 inch lift installed.

What size tires are on it? How does it drive?

It looks like a fairly stock '82 to me. AMC 258 I6 engine. AMC 20 rear axle, Dana 30 front. D300 t-case.

You have a aftermarket windshield frame, which is probably due to rust. I'd check the rest of the body with a magnet to make sure it's not Bondo'd up.

The air cleaner assembly is oriented incorrectly, and there are a few other engine compartment issues, but overall it seems to be mostly all original and intact.

Just quickly looking at the pics, I see:
Possible CA 258 with AC delete and reman BBD carb.
A re-wire job where the word flex loom was never said.
Axles are Dana 30 front and Modle 20 rear.
15 gallon gas tank, looks new
Missing spare tire rack
YJ hardtop instead of the CJ one
Rear end collision damage?
Gas cap chain was PO added
Rims and nerf bars are aftermarket of course
Wrong bolts on the windshield hinges
It had the plastic front frame cover, but was ripped off
Left side windshield wiper arm was changed out
Non OEM windshield frame
Springs have a poly bushing kit
Diff covers have fresh sealant so maybe new fluid or work done
Battery hold down clamp is crooked
Maybe a 2 inch lift kit with axle tube numb stops
It had an older snap down soft top at one time
It looks overall straight and in very workable condition.
Any interior pictures??

It has 35x12.50R18LT.
I'm pretty sure the tires are too large because I can't fully turn the wheel without it rubbing.
At lower speeds shes pretty smooth but anything over 45 miles an hour and she gets a little bouncy.

T5 transmission. Check what axle ratio you have, because running big tires on a T5 CJ without the appropriate axle ratios will hasten it's demise.

You can adjust the steering stops on the knuckles to limit the travel and keep the tires from hitting the springs.

If the few trim items I see and front grill cover are correct, it was once a Laredo.
Missing WS hold down knobs
Missing or needs new cowl seal
That's an aftermarket YJ top, not an oem one

A few quick items I noticed:
Power steering and brakes, wires have been removed from loom, missing driver side radiator support rod, rebuilt Carter Carb, aftermarket aluminum valve cover, lift springs with non-OEM bump stops, connecting rod orientation incorrect due to lift without drop pitman arm, Laredo chrome grill cover and bumper, off-shore replacement windshield frame, new gas tank skid, not a t-176 transmission, fuel filter orientation incorrect, CA delivery Jeep with serpentine belt system, air box snorkle incorrect orientation, battery hold down loose, non-HD cooling.
