Put some shims under the rear axle to get my pinion angle close to where it needs to be. I plan on swapping in a new axle this winter, so I just used 6* shims I had around (not a fan of shims) instead of cutting and welding the perches.

That led to my ladder bar no longer fitting properly. The bushings were mangled, and the eyes were egg shaped again (the shackle end is always fine). I took a trip to Tractor Supply to see if I could come up with something better.
$20 for a tractor implement attachment bar gave me my two ends. A few more bucks for spacers and washers. A little grinding time and a welding rod.
I still need to weld new top and bottom caps on the axle bracket where I had to cut them off to clear the new links.
Hopefully it holds up this time.

Spent an hour(much to the dismay of my neighbors I'm sure) pounding out the ujoints on my rear driveline. Pain in the butt at least my vibration is gone.

Replaced my D300 rear output yoke with a u-bolt style yoke, the previous yoke was never torqued down! Added missing rear bump stops.

Snow wheeling in 3' of snow @4 psi. That corner got into a ditch/hole. Ended up spinning the tire off the rim.

Beat it to fit, paint it to match!

I've never seen a tire come completely off before.

Started my engine swap. Pulled my old 304, t176, and Dana 300. Pulled off anything and everything I wouldn't need with the chevy 350. Swapped out my brake pedal assembly for the automatic pedals and put the 350 in place and got some measurements for motor mounts. Plan on making them tomorrow and then hopefully installing then later this week.
