i got mine back from the shop. had the console and glove box re-keyed at the PO's expense (sweet). also had them check the dash lights as none work. turns out the switch is bad and a new one is en route.

gonna do some cosmetic work on the stainless front bumper and hood latches this weekend (refinishing them in bed liner paint). if i get crazy, i may do the hood vent, windshield brackets and footman's loop, too.

Picked up some firewood in the new trailer. Tracks like a dream when loaded down. You wouldn't know it was back there except for the braking.

Picked up a larger body alternator for a mock up on new bracket. The plan is to upgrade the alternator output for some additional accessories.

Sprynet.com_Adventures Under the Hood (Complete) PDF file

My Jeep was acting sluggish today and actually choked out while driving so I pulled over and took off the new air filter and drove back home and put the stock air filter assembly back on, works better than ever now. That's one piece that is going to stay stock, still in need of a few parts but I was linked over to Sprynet which helped a ton. The only problem was that I wanted that whole website in 1 PDF so I did just that. I want to spread it around for others to have for quick references and easy prints, here is a link to download the full PDF with bookmarks and links within for easy navigation.

Enjoy!

Put the auto choke back on. Keep forgetting to push the manual choke off after half hour of driving...
