Put it on an engine stand and took the pan off. It's been rebuilt and was never ran after that.

Inside the pan. You could almost eat off it.
Nice... will there be a thread documenting the installation?

Rustoleum bed liner on whatever-in-the-world the thing is called that protects the bottom edge of the cab body b/w the fender flairs. Also applied it to the headlight bezels (only to realize later that there is a second chrome retainer ring, too... Doh!). I did the bezels as a test to see how it would look and i love it. I am going to do all the chrome accents now!

Yup. I will be doing a write up on the whole process. Dad's CJ5 currently has a AMC 304, T-15, and Dana 20. He is 72yrs old and tired of working the clutch...

Finally finished up my Warn 8274 rebuild, now just need to get the line put on. I swapped out the solenoid pack for a contactor control pack made for a Warn M15000, then made a simple L-bracket to hold it on. Now I don't have to mess with those dang solenoids anymore.

POR15ed the exterior of the tub I had so I can finally paint it. I've had my CJ5 apart for a year and a half.

59F and 0.1" of rain? You can't be serious . I'm surprised you didn't hunker down in the storm shelter

Joking aside, I've got to figure out how to keep the 20F wind from sneaking in through the zipper and door cracks on my 55mph drive in to work. Mornings are getting down right nippy!

Do you give the Jeep wave at night when they can't see you?

Actually it was 0.11", 0.10" is the legal limit, at 0.11, we have to park our cars LOL. So cal is funny about cold/wet weather.I am so cal-ian by birth and still laugh at it.

If it is temporary (the cold weather), you can put some of that "no residue" blue masking tape from 3M on the zippers, not a fix but a decent bandaid. The blazer heater motor upgrade is helpful too.

20F, thats nuts! people die in California in 40F weather.
