Compression test on new (to me) motor.

Numbers seem a little high at:

1 170
2 185
3 190
4 190
5 180
6 180

Just dropped it off at the radiator shop a little while ago. Getting it tested and what not.

Finally got my stereo installed in the CJ5. Wasn't a problem until I Installed the soft top, then realized it was quiet. Used JVC stereo and new infinity speakers. Sounds great. Was gonna go cruising with my new tunes, then I smelled gas. Stupid Motorcraft is leaking gas everywhere. OK, carb rebuild next.

Pulled a 93 Cherokee cylinder head 7120, wiring harness, alt, intake manifold w/ throttle body and fuel rail, dizzy, and coil. The exhaust manifold was cracked go figure. Got everything cleaned up and ready for storage before I leave.

OBTW $380 with tax and they threw in the alternator fo free.

Replaced FOUR fuses that the PO ignored, and reclaimed some systems i thought "lost" or broken.

Checked my compression today. Here's the readings. Hopefully will take it apart tomorrow and find out what's wrong.

I ripped my carpet out. Painted my hard top and realized my windshield wipers do not work.
