I painted my Fender Flares and got rid of the fade and sanded the rust off my exhaust and painted it with some High Heat black Rust-O-Leum paint. Next step is to sand off some topical rust on the body and spray some touch up paint over it.

I used a Hayden 291 kit. You can get it almost anywhere. You have to get the hose kit as well. It has about 12' of oil line in it.

Looks good, but I'm trying to figure out where you mounted it after installing the remote. Gotta another picture? Thanks! Cheers, TrebleHook

Finally drove it again. A little cold on the way to work at about 40 degrees, but it sure felt good to run it again.

Pulled out of the driveway, and the glass from my right side mirror decided it didn't want to go along with me. I guess I bounced it off of one too many trees.

Got my center console put back in. It fit with the shift levers, I just had to hug it to the driver's seat some.

Wet sanded the whole jeep today and gave it a bath in preparation for some Touch Up Paint and a Clear Coat.

Looking good.
What did you use on the flares? Mine were fading to gray, and I hit them with Krylon Fusion about two years ago. They are just starting to show some fade again. It seems to hold up pretty well.

Removed the steering shaft and attempted to get the steering-knuckle off so I can replace the u-joint and lower bearing kit. Needless to say the knuckle had different ideas and wasn't ready to go. It is currently soaking in PB Blaster waiting on round two.

Thanks, I hit it with some Rust-Oleum Trim & Bumper Paint I picked up at Walmart for about $5. I did it yesterday so we'll see how it holds up over time, shot it with 2 coats.

The filter is basically below the battery. The mounting bracket is bolted to the fender.

I bought some eBay LED lights and added them as reverse lights. Really cheap and easy to install.
