Added an oil level sight tube to the D300 and finally finished the rebuild of it!

changed EFI in-line fuel filter and pressure regulator in under 10 minutes. so glad went with the spin-on/off fuel filter. no more mess. quick and easy.

Drove it around yesterday picked up a case of oil filled it with gas and put a breather on the valve cover oh and used gorilla tape to cover the holes in my firewall cause the cab was filling with fumes from the breather

Installed HD Steering Shaft and Lower Bearing. Took out the little slop that I had after the H1 Steering upgrade.

Drug it out of the shed and used it as a gauge to see if I need to mow the grass. Bloody hell no chance! It's too far gone. I'm going down the beach for a lap instead.

For the sight tube and a couple other quick mods search " 4x4 wire Dana 300 " in Google, great writeup at that site!
